Kingfisher County commissioners Monday approved a replat of the Wolf Creek Estates south of Cashion along County Line Road at their weekly meeting.

Owner Cody Replogle said the revision primarily consists of changing some lot sizes. The overall size of the development remains the same.

Commissioners also approved a six-month bid list for road materials and commercial roadway work, a flexible benefit plan for county employees for the 2024-25 fiscal year, purchase of right-of-way at a cost of $6,000 for a bridge on 2860 Road, south of S.H. 33 and east on EW 840 Road, southeast of Kingfisher, monthly appropriations for the month of April, an agreement with Craig County Detention Center for maintaining underage defendants for FY 24-25 on an as needed basis, a permit for a 12-inch pipeline crossing one mile south of Hennessey west of U.S. 81 in District 2 and approval of Pinnacle Consulting Management Group for work on a bridge over an unnamed creek on EW 73 Road.

Bids on the six-month bid list items are due by 4 p.m on June 14 at the office of the Kingfisher County Clerk and will be opened at the regular meeting of county commissioners on June 17.

Commission Chairman Jeff Moss, District 1, reported he would be attending a meeting of the board of directors of Northern Oklahoma Development Authority (NODA) at 1 p.m. Thursday in Enid.

Commissioners Ray Alan Shimanek, District 2, and Anthony Schwarz, District 3, were also present for the meeting, along with Keb Lehenbauer of Railroad Yard, County Clerk Jeannie Boevers, County Engineer Nik Smith, City-County Emergency Manager Ryan Deatherage and Replogle.
