The road is located in both Districts 1 and 2 in Kingfisher County before entering Logan County to the east.

Dover-Crescent Road starts at its juncture with U.S. 81 south of Dover and ends at its juncture with S.H. 74 at Crescent.

Commissioners awarded a contract to Cummins Equipment Co. to supply a loader for District 1 at a cost of $168,500 at the recommendation of Moss.
