CTTC BPA students qualify for state

By

Four Chisholm Trail Technology Center students recently qualified for the Business Professionals of America Spring Leadership Conference competitive events held in Tulsa, March 11-13.

The CTTC qualifiers included Lomega High School students Jessica Mather and Kelly Russell and Kingfisher High School students Hayden Wittrock and Logan Hightower.

Wittrock placed fifth in database applications.

Mather was a state qualifier in database applications, Russell in digital publishing and Hightower in computer repair and troubleshooting.

The students represented the Digital Technologies and Computer Repair Networking programs at CTTC.

To qualify for the state competition, participants need to place in the top 20 on an online test, competing against other CareerTech programs in the state.
