Dover High School’s Claire Barker and Watonga High School’s Kerby Easter were named the 2020-21 Chisholm Trail Technology Students of the Year.

Barker is the daughter of Clay and Charlotte Barker and is a part of CTTC’s Digital Technologies program.

At Dover, Barker, who graduated last weekend, was a member of National Honor Society, Student Council, FFA and played softball.

She’s also a member of the Business Professionals of America and the National Technical Honor

Society.

The son of Jerry Easter and Christy Easter, Kerby was in CTTC’s welding program.

He took part in Skills USA welding competitions and earned his 3g and 6g welding certifications.
