The Kingfisher County Free Fair is coming soon, but the deadline to reserve booth space in the Exhibit Building is this week.

To reserve space for the 2019 fair, contact the Kingfisher County Extension office by 4:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 9.

Exhibits will be open to the public for three days:

• Thursday, Aug. 15: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

•  Friday, Aug. 16: 9 a.m-9 p.m.

•  Saturday, Aug. 17: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Booths can be set up from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, and again beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 15.

Booth must be ready by 10 a.m. on opening day.

The booth space will be left in place until closing time on the final day of the fair. Cost is $50 per booth space.

There will be a curtain backdrop provided.

Booth renters will need to bring signs, etc., with clips or hooks.

Nothing can be pinned to the curtains as they are fire retardant.
