State vs. Patrick James Patterson, 49, 19397 N. 2810 Road, Kingfisher, grand larceny (allegedly stole a transmission belonging to Ryan McAdams of Kingfisher.)

State vs. Joshua Taylor Herrell, 20, 624 S. Sixth St., Kingfisher, distribution of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) or possession with intent to distribute, pleaded not guilty June 19, released on $10,000 bond, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. July 23.

State vs. Michael Wayne Adams Jr., 36, Sawmill Inn, Room 17, Hennessey, distribution of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) or possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (both misdemeanors); pleaded not guilty June 19, released on $6,500 bond; due back in court at 1:30 p.m. July 23.

State vs. Arley Dwayne Oswald, 40, 3826 Imo Road, Enid, sexual battery (allegedly grabbed the buttocks of a female jailer while being booked into the Kingfisher County Jail on unrelated charges); pleaded not guilty June 12, bond set at $1,500, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. July 12.

State vs. Ryan McAdams, 28, 818 S Sixth St., Kingfisher, domestic assault and battery by strangulation; pleaded not guilty June 20, released on $3,000 bond, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 27.

State vs. Julio Castro Villalpando, 39, 120 Texoma Drive, Enid, domestic assault and battery by strangulation; pleaded not guilty June 19, released on $7,500 bond and ordered to have no contact with the victim, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. July 9.
