The 49th Ellyson family reunion was held Sunday, July 7, at the Crescent VFW Building.

The Earnest E. Ellyson family hosted the event with a luncheon, games for the kids, family pictures and visiting.

Those attending were George and Wynemia Fike of Bethany; Roy and Joann Oliver, Matthew, Haley and guest EJ Shields of Cashion; Jim Bob and Shannon Dunn of Crescent; David and Heather Frenchman, and Tommy of Dewey; Paul and Tammy Wehrenberg and Della, B.J. and Kari Bender and Hattie and Titan, all of Edmond; Erin Alig and guest Logan Ontiveros and Alivia from El Reno; Sherry Mason of Guthrie; Winston and Mary Ellyson of Hennessey.

Also attending were Robert and Wilma Wehrenberg, Jimmie and Glenda Ellyson, Wayne and Clairetta Lowe, Ernestine Payne, Glanice McAdoo, and Mike and Donetta Edge, all of Kingfisher; Sean and Leah Strickland, Knox and Rowe, Karen Lowe, Chris and Kelly Fike, Kristi Sullivan, Marlee and Hayden, Wanda Vernon and Vicki Vernon, David and Stacy Wehrenberg, Ian and Parker of Oklahoma City; Robert and Karen Ellyson and Lizzy, Pamela Newbrey and Caylin of Piedmont; Phillip and Darlene Ellyson of Purcell.

The next reunion will be the Ellyson’s 50th celebration. It will be held July 12, 2020, and will be hosted by the Joe Ellyson family.
