Everyone’s not an editorial page reader
Everybody doesn’t read the editorial page. me the Post Literate-Mob
We know that (this has become the Post Literate-Mob Rage Politics Age) but we continue to pound out a couple of columns each week on subjects that we think are important for people to read. After all, Oklahoma and Kingfisher County aren’t like
After all, Oklahoma and Ki the coastal areas.
There is so much going on in our country and the world that it is impossible to cover every important piece of news in the space allotted to us.
Because everybody doesn’t think the way we do, there are undoubtedly those who take exception to what we write in this space.
Our offering is never intended to aggravate anyone (others certainly have every right to their opinion).
We just think it’s important to hear or read things other than what the media giants send out. We have given up on them reporting anything other than mostly fabrication. Those people also have a right to their opinion, but when they present opinion as news they should be called out. ll continue to be able to
Hopefully, us little folks will continue to be able to speak our minds without threat of government sanctions following this election despite the attempts by elitists to force everyone to accept what they spew out. dly that we intend to vote
We have made it clear repeatedly that we intend to vote for the re-election of President Trump.
‘I Can’t Believe You’re Voting for Donald Trump’
We recently came across the following on the Internet after the writer received an e-mail from someone saying he (or she) – the gender of the writer was not revealed – couldn’t believe the person was voting for Donald Trump.
The individual responded this way:
“I’m not just voting for him. I’m voting for the second Amendment. I’m voting for the next Supreme Court justice. I’m voting for the Electoral College, and the republic we live in. I’m voting for the police – and law and order. I’m voting for the military – and the veterans who fought for and died for this country. I’m voting for the flag that is always missing from the Democratic background. I’m voting for the right to speak my opinion and not be censored. I’m voting for secure borders. I’m voting for the right to praise my God without fear. I’m voting for every unborn soul the Democrats want to murder. I’m voting for freedom and the American Dream. I’m voting for good and against evil. I’m not just voting for one person, I’m voting for the future of my country!
“What are you voting for?” We don’t believe it is an overstatement to say America’s
We don’t believe it is an overstatement to say America’s continuance as a nation of free people hangs in the balance in this presidential election.
A leftist minority – internationalist elitists, media and academia – has been working for decades to shear the United States from its constitutional foundation.
The conjurers of this effort attempt to hide their true goal by using candy-coated euphemisms such as fairness, “investing in success” in education, tax credits for students, cleaning the environment (with emissions cap and trade), the “Green New Deal” (tearing down all of America’s buildings and replacing them with structures approved by people who have never built anything). on the column by Kay C.
Read elsewhere in this edition the column by Kay C. James, president of the Heritage Foundation on her reasons for supporting President Trump.
Oh, yes, and President Trump’s polling numbers are surging, particularly in battleground states, following the Republican convention.
Six Minnesota Mayors Endorse Trump
Six Minnesota Mayors Endorse Trump Saying their party has moved so far to the Left that they “no longer recognize it,” six Democrat mayors in Minnesota have endorsed President Donald Trump’s re-election bid.
“Today, we write to formally endorse President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence for four more years,” said the letter of endorsement from the mayors. It was signed by Virginia Mayor Larry Cuffe, Chisholm Mayor John Champa, Ely Mayor Chuck Novak, Two Harbors Mayor Chris Swanson, Eveleth Mayor Robert Vlaisavljevich, and Babbitt Mayor Andrea Zupancich.
In their letter endorsing Trump, the mayors mainly highlighted economic issues as being the primary driver of the endorsement, but it also noted that the party has gone “so far to the left” that they no longer “recognize” it, and that the party “left” them.
Isn’t that what former President Ronald Reagan said when he switched?
Commissioners Stand to Salute the Flag
Something has been going on at Kingfisher County Commission meetings for more than a year that we find heart-warming. eeting with a flag salute,
Commissioners open each meeting with a flag salute, including the phrase, “under God.” luding numerous guests,
To this point, nobody – including numerous guests, attending meetings – has kneeled.
