Kingfisher County Extension is hosting a workshop this month that will help incorporate healthier alternatives for your favorite recipes.

The workshop will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, at the Extension Office.

Lindy Hoel will present at the workshop.

Participants will learn:

• Different ways to use vegetables

• Healthier options for bread and breading

•  How to make homemade tortillas

There is a registration fee, which is due the day of the event.

The event is open to the public and dinner will be provided.
