Felony charges recently filed in Kingfisher County
The following felony charges were filed recently in Kingfisher County District Court:
State vs. Boston Scott Bray, 25, 1111 S. Ninth St., Kingfisher, first-degree burglary (allegedly broke into a residence at 709 W Toronto Ave., Kingfisher); plus two misdemeanor charges of assault and battery and malicious injury to property; pleaded not guilty and released on $12,500 bond; continued to March 9 at 1:30 p.m.
State vs. Chad Everett Dowell, 41, 1415 N. 2880 Road, Hennessey, four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of leaving the scene of an accident involving injury (allegedly rammed a Ford F-250 into a Toyota Tundra pickup truck containing a driver and three passengers, causing a May 9, 2020, traffic accident, and then fled the scene); pleaded not guilty Jan. 27; released on $22,000 bond; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
State vs. Trevor Gritz, 28, 2484 W. 2860 Road, Hennessey, throwing an object at a motor vehicle (allegedly threw a can of beer at a Toyota Tundra pickup truck driven by Benjamin Mills of Bison on May 9, 2020); pleaded not guilty Jan. 27, released on $5,000 bond (reduced from $10,000); continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
State vs. Kaela Dawn Gordon, 30, 1120 Lifestyle Lane, Oklahoma City, two counts of uttering a forged instrument (checks written by TS Construction of Mustang for $200 and $1,183.90, allegedly altered to show Gordon as the payee and found in Gordon’s possession during a Kingfisher County traffic stop); arrest warrant still outstanding.
State vs. Joseph Edward Soudek III, 39, 600 S. Third St., Lot 19, Kingfisher; distribution of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) or possession with intent to distribute, plus two misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; pleaded not guilty; pending motion for release from jail to a drug treatment facility; continued to March 11 at 1:30 p.m.
State vs. Josie Wade Taylor, 23, 1511 Missouri St., Waynoka, distribution of controlled dangerous substance (meth) or possession with intent to distribute, plus two misdemeanor charges of possession of oxycodone and possession of drug paraphernalia; pleaded not guilty Jan. 20, released on $25,000 bond; continued to Apri113.
State vs. Isaac Gutierrez, 27, 322 N. Cimarron, Hennessey, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (allegedly assaulted Amber Pacula with a kitchen knife Jan. 22); pleaded not guilty Jan. 27; released on his own recognizance; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 9.
State vs. Tyler Dean Wedel, 32, Kingfisher County jail inmate; assault and battery on detention officer (allegedly punched detention officer Nicole Snow in the stomach Jan. 18); five former felony convictions in Garfield County; pleaded not guilty Jan. 27; preliminary hearing set March 20.
State vs. Jose Abordado, 33, homeless, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; arrest warrant outstanding.
John NealKelly Jr., 49, 800 S. Third, Lot 20, Kingfisher, second-degree burglary and larceny from a house; pleaded not guilty Feb. 10; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
State vs. Kristy Lynn Livingston-Scroggins, 50, 301 S. Sixth St., Kingfisher, embezzlement (while employed at Boeckman Ford in Kingfisher, allegedly setup an unauthorized charge account on behalf of her husband); pleaded not guilty Feb. 10; released on $3,000 bond; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
State vs. Brittany Mistic Turtle, 29, 23701 N. May, Edmond, child endangerment by driving under the influence, plus three misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcoholic beverage and failure to pay taxes due the state, pleaded not guilty Feb. 10; released on $5,000 bond, continued to 1:30 p.m. May 11.
State vs. Claude Victor Hammonds, aka Leroy Hammonds and Victor Hammonds, 800 S. Third St., Lot 28, Kingfisher, two counts of providing false/misleading (sex offender) registration information; failure to notify of address change on sex offender registry; sex offenderliving within 2,000 feet of a park; pleaded not guilty March 3; bond set at $50,000; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
State vs. Ronald David Arter Jr., 29, 200 W. Miles, King-fisher, child endangerment by permitting child in vehicle when driver is impaired; arrest warrant outstanding.
State vs. Francisco Javier Lara Hernandez, 34, 8808 Travy Drive, Oklahoma City, possession of contraband by an inmate (cocaine allegedly found in his pocket during book-in at the Kingfisher County Justice Center); pleaded not guilty Feb. 3 and released on $5,000 bond; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 11.
State vs. Trystan Pirtle, 22, 417 S. Seventh St., Kingfisher, bribing an officer (allegedly offered $200 to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Seth Wallace during a Feb. 5 traffic stop); plus four misdemeanor charges of driving while impaired, transporting an open container of intoxicating beverage, speeding and failure to maintain insurance or security; pleaded not guilty Feb. 10 and released on $1,750 bond; continued to 1:30 p.m. April 30.
State vs. Cody Lee Price, 1207 W. Hailey’s Court, Kingfisher, possession of contraband by an inmate, plus two misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of drugs and leaving the scene of an accident involving damage (allegedly crashed his vehicle into a house at 1201 Carl Ave., Kingfisher, Feb. 7 and was arrested in the backyard of a neighboring residence, two syringes containing methamphetamine allegedly found in his possession during book-in at the county justice center); pleaded not guilty Feb. 10; continued to 1:30 p.m. March 30.
