The water was rising fast in and around Kingfisher Tuesday. Images captured before press time Tuesday afternoon include the following:

1.  Residents of Major Mobile Home Park on Third Street were already battling encroaching flooding Tuesday morning as Uncle John Creek escaped its banks (photo by Casey Nichols); 

2. Uncle John Creek licks the bottom of the S.H. 33 bridge east of Kingfisher early Tuesday afternoon; 

3. A motor home quickly became a house boat as rising water strands it east of Kingfisher;

4. Area storm drains are strained to their limits as water flow increases
