Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Seth Wallace makes a traffic stop east of Kingfisher on S.H. 33 Friday as part of a saturation patrol. A total of 24 troopers worked in the Kingfisher area from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m., including three from the motorcycle division and two from the commercial motor vehicle enforcement division. Lt. Bill Reitz said troopers contacted a total of 333 vehicles during the 16-hour period, issuing 141 citations, 296 warnings and 19 CMV violations and making one arrest.
