New officers of the Hennessey Child Study Club were installed Thursday, Sept. 17.

The installation was held after a short meeting in which the club voted to meet once a month in 2020-21 instead of twice a month.

Members will meet on the first Thursday of each month.

New officers are: Randi Simpson, president; Charlene Choate, vice president; Wanda Choate, secretary; Kathy Painter, treasurer; Annie Lee, corresponding secretary; Ginger Hladik, reporter; Carol Peach and Pattie Cameron, co-historians, and Rhonda Peach, parliamentarian.

The 18 members present exchanged secret pal gifts and chose new secret pals for the new year.

The group’s next meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at the Hennessey First Christian Church.
