The report said the UTV was eastbound on the county road about 3:30 a.m. when Rapp attempted to make a left turn onto a lease road.

The turn was too sharp, according to the report, causing the UTV to roll over onto the passenger side.

Rapp, Wesley Grant Hardin, 21 and Jaylen Anthony Goff, 21, all of Hennessey, and Layne Madison Stover, 20, of Purcell, were not injured, the report said.

Guevara was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and listed in stable condition.

The report said seatbelts were in use by all occupants of the UTV except Stover, who was seated in the back.

Trooper Kevin Edsall of Troop J investigated the accident.

He was assisted by the Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office and Life EMS.
