Hennessey Police Department reports for Aug. 15-21:

Speeding 1-10 Over Limit – Nicholas D. Mallozi, Norman; Donald B. Bridges, Enid; Jenie D. Melton, Crescent; Brandon W. Christenson, Edmond.

Speeding 11-15 Over Limit – Deborah D. Barnes, Oklahoma City.

Failure to Devote Attention to Driving and Driving Under Suspension – Johnathan H. Meraz, Hennessey.

Arrest Warrant  – Justin Dale Harrell, 43, Hennessey, was taken into custody Aug. 20 from a Hennessey residence on a Greer County arrest warrant. He was transported to the Kingfisher County Jail.

Drug/Narcotics Violations – Leslie J. Sissom, 38, Enid,   was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Aug. 11 at Main and Second Street for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp, possession of paraphernalia and transporting an open container of liquor. Sissom was stopped by police because she was “swerving across the center line twice” after authorities received a report of a blue car driving erratically northbound on US 81.   While being booked in the county jail, the jailer found a second baggy of a white crystal like substance during a body cavity search, according to the police report.
