It’s now a family tradition

By

Bregenzer daughters Whitney and Kendal had a Koolaid stand 25 years ago with the help of their dad, Mark (pictured above...and surely mom Valerie, not pictured). It was in front of the family business managed by paternal grandparents Lew and Alyce Bregenzer, with help from their dad, at Hennessey Auto Supply, 201 S. Main St. The Bregenzer girls continued the tradition last Thursday afternoon at the same place, but with lemonade and tea sold by their daughters. Flashing their best sales smiles are Claire Hauser, 4; Brenna Hauser, 6, and Blakely Choate, 6. Claire and Brenna are the daughters of Whitney and Brian Hauser of Loyal and granddaughters of Karen and Doug Hauser of Kingfisher and Mark and Valerie Bregenzer of Hennessey. Blakely is the daughter of Kendal and Cristopher Choate of Hennessey and the granddaughter of Cris and Linda Choate of Hennessey and Mark and Valerie Bregenzer. Valerie and Whitney helped the girls with sales. [Early photo provided and current photo by Barb Walter, for The Times & Free Press]
