Kingfisher High School seniors Karli Karrenbrock and Cayman Matson have been named the March 2021 Junior Lions.

The two were at a recent meeting of the civic group.

Karrenbrock is the daughter of Kenneth and Alicia Karrenbrock.

She is active in FFA, Student Council and drama.

She’s is on the FFA veterinary science team and was a state champion in the agriscience quiz bowl.

Karrenbrock also holds the Chapter FFA Degree.

She plans to attend either Oklahoma State University or Southern Nazarene University.

Matson is the son of Drs. Rob and Lisa Matson.

He’s active in drama and theater, band and is a member of the Eco Club and academic team.

Matson is the National Honor Society president and is also in the Oklahoma Honor Society.

He’s been named a National Merit Scholar and Academic All-State.

Matson plans to attend Johns Hopkins University and work toward a degree in biomedical engineering. He said he wants to pursue a career in prosthetic limb research.
