FALL DECORATING CONTEST

Now until Oct. 18 Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce challenges businesses within the city limits to bring on the fall with seasonal decorations. Prizes plus bragging rights will be awarded to first, second and third places.

HENNESSEY REUNION

Saturday, Oct. 5, 3-9 p.m. Hennessey High School Formerly known as the 70s reunion for alumni, former teachers and staff starts with Dome tour at 3 p.m., class pictures at 4:30 p.m. and covered-dish dinner at 5:30 p.m., both at the Berkenbile residence (6067 Madison St.)

OKARCHE DEUTCHESFEST

Friday, Oct. 18, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Holy Trinity Auditorium Traditional German food served up by the Okarche Lions Club.

PUMPKIN PATCH

Oct. 6-19, Hennessey Library Choose your own pumpkins from 4-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 2-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds benefit Friends of the Hennessey Library.
