Kingfisher Educational Foundation’s annual Duck Race has become a regular feature in Kingfisher’s extended July 4 activities.

This year’s race is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, at Vernie Snow Aquatic Center.

Race entries are still available for a $50 donation to the foundation, which funds classroom enrichment grants for Kingfisher Public School teachers.

Cash prizes of $1,000, $500 and $300 are awarded for firstthird place ducks and $100 for the last place finisher.
