KHS grad licensed as a CPA at Capitol

Baylee Durrill, a 2014 honor graduate from Kingfisher High School, was licensed recently as a certified public accountant at a ceremony at the State Capitol.

The daughter of Jeff and Kristi Hyatt of Kingfisher, Durrill earned a double major in accounting and finance at Oklahoma Christian University.

In addition to completing her accounting degree and required coursework, Durrill successfully passed all four subject matter portions of the state CPA exam as well as an ethics test to earn her license.

She lives in Edmond with her husband, Evan Durrill, a sixth grade geography teacher, head boys’ track coach and assistant cross country coach at Summit Middle School in Edmond.
