State vs. Garrett Lee Stotts, 24, 402 N. Fifth St., Kingfisher, malicious injury to property over $1,000; pleaded not guilty Jan. 23, released on $1,000, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. March 12.
State vs. Toby Gene Fulkerson, 36, Rt. 2, Box 32, Mulhall, two counts of felony grand larceny for allegedly stealing breathing apparatuses from Cimarex Energy Co., arrest warrant still outstanding.
State vs. Adria Lynn Horanburg, 51, 4006 Tory Circle, Enid, child endangerment by presenting presence in vehicle when driver is impaired or under the influence, actual physical control of vehicle under the influence (misdemeanor); pleaded not guilty Jan. 30, bond set at $20,000; court-appointed counsel requested, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 14.
