Kingfisher County Court Clerk Lisa Markus issued marriage licenses recently to the following couples:

Sept. 27: Bradly Stephen Klopfenstein, 35, and Katie Denise Staton, 38, both of Kingfisher.

Oct. 1: Jason Lloyd Owens, 44, and Marci Luann Garver, 57, both of Cashion.

Divorce Decrees

A divorce decree was granted in the following case: Laura Dobbins vs. Hans Dobbins.

District Civil

Foster Energy LLC vs. Rainbow Motors Inc., dba Brevard Truck and Auto Center, in excess of $75,000 for actual, consequential and punitive damages, attorney fees, expert witness fees, declaratory relief, an order winding up the limited joint venture, quiet title and court costs.

Carley A. Gangl vs. State of Oklahoma, ex rel., Department of Public Safety, driver’s license revocation appeal.

Targa NGL Pipeline Co. vs. Matthew D. State vs. Zerell Maurice Washington, aka Zerrell Brown, Zerrell M. Prim, 44, 1925 E. Chestnut, Enid, possession of firearm after former felony conviction, possession of controlled dangerous substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia; pleaded not guilty Oct. 2, due back in court Oct. 22.

State vs. Jose Guillermo Sagastume-Reyes, 44, 18120 Cardinal Lane, Hennessey, sexual battery and assault to commit a felony; pleaded not guilty Sept. 25, due back in court Nov. 21.
