State vs. Theda Ann Yellowman, aka Theda Ann Whiteshirt and Theda Ann Orange, 54, 407 N. Marshall, Watonga, two bogus checks to Walmart in Kingfisher on Sept. 12, 2017, in the amounts of $32.10 and $59.52.

State vs. Dewayne Russell Fletcher, 45, 1017 S. 10th St., Kingfisher, public intoxication; pleaded guilty June 24, sentenced to seven days in the county jail with credit for time served, plus costs.

State vs. Gustavo Adrian Padilla, 24, 22582 James Ave., Kingfisher, driving under the influence and speeding.

State vs. Steven Edward Storey, 25, 214 S. 9th, Kingfisher, threatening to perform an act of violence.

State vs. Kimberly R. Young, aka Kimberly R. Holland, 43, 1909 E. Maple, Enid, assault and battery.

State vs. Justin Shane Toppah, 28, 515 S. Sixth St., Kingfisher, public intoxication; pleaded guilty July 1, sentenced to seven days in county jail with credit for time served, plus costs.

State vs. Martin W. Bradley, 41, P.O. Box 233, Pocassett, outraging public decency, allegedly touched a woman’s breast without her consent; pleaded no contest June 30; sentencing deferred for one year; ordered to pay $50 victim’s compensation assessment plus court costs.

State vs. Robert Charles Johnson, aka Robert Charles Johnson, 36, 19841 N. 2793 Road, Kingfisher, public intoxication.

State vs. Amber K. Demackiewicz, aka Amber-Kay Schroeder, 49, 1104 W. Benjamin Drive, Kingfisher, leaving the scene of accident involving damage.

State vs. Terry Neal Fulkersin, 35, 1024 N. Independence, Enid, possession of controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine); possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana); possession of drug paraphernalia.

State vs. Steven Edward Storey, 25, 214 S. Fifth St., Kingfisher, domestic assault and battery in presence of minor; preventing an emergency telephone call.

State vs. Dawson James Nix, 20, 418 W. Grimes, Cashion, assault on police officer (allegedly spitting on a Cashion officer); domestic abuse – assault and battery; obstructing an officer.

Felony Charges

State vs. Joshua Darin Roberts, 39, 623 S. Miles, El Reno, attempting to escape from Kingfisher County Jail on July 12; assault and battery on David Thomas, jailer.

State vs. Jacob Allen Soudek, 40, 506 E. Broadway, Kingfisher, domestic assault and battery by strangulation; charged after a prior felony conviction of distribution of methamphetamine.
