Felony Charges
State vs. Roxey Ann Robbins, 28, 3045 S.W. 37th St., Oklahoma City, falsely personating another to create liability, obstructing an officer, public intoxication; pleaded not guilty March 20, bond set $5,000, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. March 26.
