State vs. Tracy Sue Nye, 52, 520 Third St., Conway, Ark., obtaining shelter or lodging at any apartment house, apartment, rental unit, rental house or trailer camp with intent to defraud the owner, allegedly defrauded Butabi LLC, 408 S. Main St., Kingfisher, of $800.

State vs. Johnathan Wayne Fibbs, 30, 6628 Rebecca Lane, Hennessey, public intoxication, pleads guilty March 20, $100 fine and costs.

State vs. Ralph Marque Piggee-Wilson, 46, 201 N. First St., Kingfisher protective order violation.

Felony Charges

State vs. Roxey Ann Robbins, 28, 3045 S.W. 37th St., Oklahoma City, falsely personating another to create liability, obstructing an officer, public intoxication; pleaded not guilty March 20, bond set $5,000, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. March 26.

State vs. William Cody Baustert, 25, 17250 N. Shepherd Ave., Okarche, driving under the influence; pleaded not guilty March 20, due back in court at 1:30 p.m. May 14.
