Kingfisher Police Department reports
The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:
September 12 - Larceny auto, aircraft or other motor vehicle.
Officer Justin Trumbley responded to a report of theft at Johnsons of Kingfisher, 1801 S. Main St.
According to the report, Trevor Charles stated a Kubota RTV was missing from the dealership lot. Charles reportedly stated he had reviewed the surveillance video and witnessed an individual enter the northeast corner of the lot and drive a Kubota southward along the lot’s eastern side until it was out of view.
Charles reported that he followed the tracks from the dealership to CHS, the report said.
Trumbley contacted other businesses in the area regarding their surveillance video, but did not find anything useful on the footage, according to the report.
The Kubota RTV was valued at $18,311.
October 5 - Forgery second-notes, checks, bills, drafts.
Officer Dustin Brodrick took a report of forgery from a representative of BancFirst, 124 S. Main St.
According to the report, BancFirst employee Vicki Rother stated a customer of their El Reno branch reported she had been a victim of check fraud. Rother said three checks had been forged on the victim’s account and cashed at the Kingfisher branch on three different dates, according to the report. The identification of the

October 14 - Unlawful for registered sex offender to reside within 2,000 feet of prohibited areas, failure to notify three days in advance of moving from previous registered address and failure to register within three days of entering jurisdiction.
Officer Aaron Schlegel investigated a known sex offender residing in the 600 block of East Robberts Avenue.
