The Kingfisher Rotary Club last Tuesday hosted a trio of guests from Kingfisher High School. Joining the civic group at its weekly meeting were Alexis Free, Shelby Butts and Riley Streck.

Free is the daughter of Rebecca Casey and Darrin Free. She’s active in band, tennis and is a manager for both the wrestling and softball teams. Free plans to attend Oklahoma State University to work toward a veterinarian degree and then Southwestern Oklahoma State University for a degree in business.

Butts is the daughter of Richard and Rotchel Butts. She’s active in soccer and band. She’s been presented the Stinger Award for band and also inducted into the National Honor Society. Butts plans to attend SWOSU and pursue a career as a physical therapist.

Streck is the daughter of Janie Payne Streck and Roy Streck. She’s active in band and the swim team and also serves as a library aide. Streck plans to attend SWOSU and work toward a degree in business and marketing. She said she desires to open her own hair salon.
