The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:

November 23 - Burglary- second degree.

Officer Jarred Tech responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of West Bowman Avenue.

According to the report, two tool boxes containing tools were stolen from a residence.

The reporting party stated that he observed a vehicle in the area containing tool boxes resembling ones his father kept in a residence and “he went inside and noticed that the tool boxes were gone and someone had broken into the residence,” the report said.

The reported value of the tool boxes was approximately $300-$400 and the tools were valued at $100.

Sergeant Justin Conner assisted with the investigation.

December 18 - Leaving the scene of an accident/ unattended vehicle.

Officer Aubrey Massey responded to a report of property damage at Jacksons of Kingfisher, 2600 Frontage Road.

According to the report, on Dec. 7, a transport company delivered vehicles to the property and the driver struck a vehicle in the parking lot and left the scene.

December 18 - Exploitation of elderly or disabled adult.

Officer Matthew Hollon responded to a report of possible exploitation of a resident at First Shamrock Care Center, 1415 S. Main St.

According to the report, a former employee had previously received money from a resident and recently attempted to acquire more money through messages discovered on the resident’s phone.

December 20 - Domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Sergeant Justin Conner responded to a report of a domestic altercation at Holiday Inn, 1708 S. Main St.
