KPD reports
The Kingfisher Police Department has investigated or responded to the following reports:
November 11 - Larceny of service station gasoline-pump piracy.
Officer Charles Trout took a report of gasoline theft at Double D’s, 701 N. Main St.
Trout said in his report that a cashier at Double D’s stated a female subject entered the store, purchased a lottery ticket and requested $10 of gas. The clerk said she informed the individual she could not set the pump since the male individual who accompanied the customer was already pumping gas into the vehicle, according to the report.
The couple left without paying for $10 in gas and the clerk was able to provide Trout with photographs of the vehicle, the report said.
Trout stated in his report that he attempted to locate the vehicle, but was unsuccessful.
November 16 - Identity theft. Officer Justin Trumbley took a report of identity theft in the 300 block of South 10th Street.
Kevin Odell reportedly stated an individual had attempted to contact his bank and change his account information. Odell also stated that multiple credit cards had fraudulently been opened in his name, according to the report.
