Kingfisher’s board of education will handle routine business at its fi nal regular meeting of the calendar year.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2.

The brief agenda includes approving a calendar for the 2020-21 school year.

Members will also move on items pertaining to calculating the length of the school year by hours as well as a statutory waiver/ exemption request for 2020-21 parent-teacher conferences.

There’s also an item allowing members to approve the hiring of a cashier/ teacher’s aide at Gilmour Elementary.

Superintendent Jason Sternberger will also provide updates for board members on the school report card, girls athletic complex and the special education district data profi le.
