The annual Lenten Community Service series sponsored by the Kingfisher Ministerial Alliance has begun and will run through April 16.

Each of the weekly services will begin at noon - with the exception of the final service on April 16 - and will be held at the Church of the Nazarene, 414 Hill Drive.

Guest speakers will be featured each week, with different churches providing the worship music and a meal following the service.

The final service on April 16 will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a dessert fellowship.

Zack Smithson will be the featured speaker with the worship music provided by the Church of the Nazarene.

Speakers and the church providing worship music and lunch for each of the other services include:

• April 2 - David Gadberry (Lunch and worship music by Lifeway Church)

• April 9 - Dustin Burpo (Lunch and worship music by Frontline Ministries Church)
