The solution is Positive and Simple: President Biden and Congress MUST abolish the Trust Responsibility and Federal Indian Policy and every awful regulatory act of the Secretary of the Interior. THEN we will no longer be segregated. 1. RESTORE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: President Biden MUST issue an Executive Order abolishing the Trust Responsibility of the Departmentof the Interior and BIA over the 574 federally recognized American Indian Tribes, their members and potential members.

2. REDIRECT GOVERNMENT RESOURCES: The BIA MUST be abolished, then its personnel, clinics and hospitals must be transferred back to the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs to improve medical serivices for ALL our active troops, veterans and their families, regardless of ethnic origin.

3. ABOLISH AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: All ethnic and racial preferences and quotas, including all “ethnic origin” questions on all forms, applications and the U.S. Census, MUST be abolished. We must be allowed to compete as equals to protect our children, our country and our military as we obtain our freedom to be equal.
