Scott Osborn, left, was the guest speaker of the Kingfisher Lions Club recently. Osborn, who manages The Stack Grill in downtown Kingfisher, spoke of the trials that come with operating a restaurant in Kingfisher due to the increase in oilfield activity in the county. He said the main problem concerning his industry was finding staff at his restaurant due to the small pool of employees available. Osborn said it was not uncommon for him to work seven days a week and put in 100-plus hours each week. He’s pictured with Tim Abercrombie, who introduced him to the club.
