A 39-year-old Kingfisher man died last week from an apparently self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to a Kingfisher Police Department report.Jeffrey Earl Skinner Jr. was pronounced dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher where he was transported by Kingfisher EMS from his residence at 711 W. Zellars Ave.,
