The University of Central Oklahoma recently announced the 395 students from throughout Oklahoma, the U.S. and the world who completed their college degrees at the end of the summer 2020 semester.

Of that number, UCO received applications for graduation from 328 undergraduate students and 67 graduate students.

Those from local communities earning degrees were:

Hennessey - Javier Renteria, bachelor’s in industrial safety

Kingfisher - Chelce R. Garms, master’s in secondary education

Okarche - Nikki Rios, master’s in psychology-counseling; Matt Newcomb, bachelor’s in accounting

Loyal - Jesus Cruz, bachelor’s in studio art (Summa Cum Laude)
