Lomega Jr. 4-H elects officers during 1st meeting

The Lomega Jr. 4-H Club held its first meeting of the 2019-20 school year on Wednesday, Oct. 9, at the Lomega Elementary School in Loyal.
At the meeting, the club members reviewed the upcoming activities for 4-H for the year, discussed upcoming local and county events and elected a new slate of officers.
Those elected were Breckon Murray, president; Braxton Murray, vice president; Saidee Wright, secretary; Madeleine (Maddy) Pope, reporter; Josie Nusz, song leader; and Ian Pope, game leader.
Upcoming events for the club include Kingfisher County 4-H Fright Night on Oct. 29 and the Lomega Educational Academic Foundation (LEAF) auction on Nov. 9.
The next meeting of the club will be held Nov. 6.
