Members of the Lomega Junior 4-H Club took part in the Oklahoma ‘Read an Ag Book to Your Class’ event on Sept. 6 by reading the book Cotton Tops on the Farm by Paula Leffingwell to the Lomega kindergarten class.

The event was part of “National Read a Book Day” and was designed to help ensure that young students across the state of Oklahoma understand the importance of agriculture in their daily lives.

Club members who participated in the event were Ian Pope, Maddy Pope, Saidee Wright, Braxton Murray, Kinsley Fisher, Kelby Cannon, Colton Nusz, Breckon Murray, Josey Nusz and Laci Grabow.
