Kingfisher High School seniors Maggie McCully and Caleb Dick were announced as the Kingfisher Lions Club’s Junior Lions for September 2020.

The two were guests Thursday at the civic group’s weekly meeting.

McCully is the daughter of Mark and Johnnie Sue McCully.

She’s active in FFA, student council, cheerleading and soccer.

She’s been inducted into both the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society.

McCully said she plans to attend the University of Central Oklahoma and enter the nursing program with the goal of becoming a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric oncology.

Dick is the son of Jeff and Mika Dick.

He’s active in student council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Title One Committee, football and baseball.

He’s been inducted into the National Honor Society and has been listed on the principal’s honor roll.

Dick said he plans to attend either Oklahoma State University or the University of Oklahoma and earn a degree in business.
