The annual Times & Free Press “Back to School” edition will run Wednesday. However, several local school districts have events planned Tuesday, Aug. 6, before that edition will be printed:

Dover: Meet the teacher and community picnic at the school, 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Hennessey: Meet the teacher, 4-6 p.m. at middle and high schools and 5:30-7 p.m. at elementary.

Lomega: Junior high and high school enrollment at high school, 1-4 p.m.; elementary meet and greet, 5:30-7 p.m.

Crescent: Meet the teacher at elementary, middle and high schools, 5:30-7 p.m. Lomega’s first day of school is Aug. 7. Dover, Hennessey and Crescent start Aug.

8. Look for start of school and meet the teacher info for other districts Wednesday.
