Area schools will close at the end of this week for the start of the Christmas-New Year holiday break.

The closing and reopening schedules follow:

Kingfisher Schools – Close Friday, Dec. 20, on the following schedule: Middle school 1:20 p.m.; Heritage, 1:25 p.m.; Gilmour, 1:30 p.m., and high school, 1:35 p.m.

Teachers will report for an in-service day on Monday, Jan. 6, and students will return to classes on regular schedules on Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Cashion – Schools will close at regular time on Friday, Dec. 20. Teachers will report on Jan. 6 for in-service training and students will return to classwork, Tuesday, Jan. 7.

Crescent – Students will be released on Thursday, Dec. 19, and classes will resume on Monday, Jan. 6.

Chisholm Trail Technology Center – Classwork ends at regular time Friday and resumes on Monday, Jan. 6, on regular schedule.

Dover – Classwork will end at 3:20 p.m. Friday and students will return on Tuesday, Jan. 7. Teachers will report for an in-service day on Monday, Jan. 6.

Hennessey – Students will be released at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, and return Tuesday, Jan. 7. Teachers will report on Monday, Jan. 6, for in-service training.

Okarche – Schools will close after classes Friday and classes will resume on regular schedules Monday, Jan. 6.
