Kingfisher Church of Christ minister Daniel Mayfield and his wife Miranda announce the birth of their son, Zion David, at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City.

He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 20.25 inches long.

Zion was welcomed home by older brother Judah, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Dave and Charlyn Smith of Colorado Springs, Colo., and paternal grandparents are Dan and Hazel Mayfield of Guthrie.
