President Donald Trump nominated Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin as the next Secretary of Homeland Security Thursday.Mullin would replace former South Dakota Gov. Krisi Noem in the position. The appointment becomes effective March 31. Noem is scheduled to receive a new post on Friday.
