The Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) announced last week the appointment of Ty Peck to its board of directors.

Peck is a 2003 graduate of Kingfisher High School who is now the crude supply manager for CVR Refining.

The son of Lloyd and Terri Peck of Kingfisher, he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

He has more than a decade of experience in energy marketing and acquisitions.

“As a native Oklahoman, I look forward to continuing the great work the OERB has done across our state in cleaning historic well sites and supporting our educators,” said Peck.

He is currently actively involved in several oil and natural gas associations.
