Sage Hanrahan, a seventh grader at Okarche and a Kingfisher County 4-H member, exhibited the third overall supreme heifer recently at the Tulsa State Fair. Sage is pictured on the halter with her Limousin heifer that won breed champion prior to taking third overall supreme. Her Charolais won reserve breed champion. Sage is the daughter of Nathan and Nina Wagner of Okarche. She is the granddaughter of David and Suzy Burns and great-granddaughter of Nelson Burns and Jimmie Miller Smith, all of Geary.
