ROOTS RUN deep in Kingfisher County for the First United Methodist Church and Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and both are in the midst of new construction projects.

The Methodist church congregation is expected to complete its new church building in mid to late summer (top image). The building will incorporate elements of its historic Main Street building, including the handmade wooden cross mounted on the outside and the stained glass windows.

The Catholic Church’s expansion project at its own historic Main Street building (bottom) is expected to be completed in May.
