Plainview HCE held its monthly meeting Monday, May 13, in the home of Linda Witt.

Dana Golbek, president, brought the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

Members recited pledges to the American and Oklahoma flags followed by the devotion. Roll call was taken and the minutes were read.

Terri Peck gave the treasurer’s report on the club’s financial status.

Peck will present the club’s scholarship to Cole Crosswhite.

Witt gave the lesson on “Making the Most of Time With Your Grandchildren.”

The meeting adjourned and Witt served refreshments.

The next meeting will be a free-month outing. The group will meet at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 10, in the First United Methodist Church parking lot for a trip to Guthrie for lunch.
