Fernanda Montes, Dover fifth grader, won second place in a statewide poster contest promoting agriculture. The contest was sponsored by Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom and supported by Oklahoma Beef Council. The theme for this year’s contest was “Oklahoma Ag Adventure.” Montes, third from left, was recognized at Dover Call to Excellence by Ashley Bender, far left, a representative from Oklahoma Department of Agriculture.
