Hennessey’s REALLY BRIGHT Christmas parade, Santa and other events are in full swing for this Thursday, Dec. 12.

There will also be home and business decorating contests now through Dec. 20 with photo entry online at allabouthennessey.com. Thursday night events

5 p.m. – Free carriage rides start at Memorial Park.

5 p.m. – Electric Parade lineup at the splash pad parking lot on Mitchell Road across from schools.

5:30 p.m. – Carolers on Main Street.

6 p.m. – Main Street Electric Parade sponsored by AllAboutHennessey with $100 for the winner in these three categories: Commercial/trucks/ trailers; Golf carts and 4 Wheelers. After Parade – Under The Big Top (heated) Tent at Memorial Park – Santa will visit with children and give candy, courtesy of the Hennessey Lions Club, and Mistletoe Magic drawings will get started by Lions Club members at the park.

Drawing tickets – Take your sales receipt from a Hennessey business to Town Hall and exchange it for drawing tickets. One ticket for every $5 purchase with a limit of 100 tickets per purchase. Must be present to win. Prizes are gift certificates at Hennessey businesses.
