CHAMBER HONOREES — Kingfisher Mayor Steve Richards, above with wife Myrna, was named Citizen of the Year at the Kingfisher Chamber of Commerce banquet Saturday night. Recently named Mayor of the Year for Oklahoma City small cities, Richards has served the city in various elected and volunteer capacities for decades.
