Singleton presented reports on a variety of subjects, one of which was the current status of the Rotary PolioPlus campaign to eliminate Polio worldwide. PolioPlus was started by Rotary in 1985. After 34 years, only two countries, Pakistan and Afghanistan, have active Polio cases. Over 2.5 billion children have received the oral polio vaccine during that time.
