The board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Kingfisher High School cafeteria.

There it will be addressed by a representative of Britton, Kuykendall & Miller CPAs regarding the district’s 2019-20 financial audit.

The firm performs the audit each year and delivers its results to the board.

Also on the agenda is an item regarding protocols for the district’s teams and fans to follow for the winter sports season.

The board will discuss and vote on those guidelines.

Board members will also vote to call for an election for Seat No. 1, currently held by President Mike Copeland.

The filing period for the election is Dec. 7-9.

Other items on the agenda include possible action on:

• One of the district’s employees participating in the sick leave sharing program;

• Board policy regarding criteria for special education;

• A professional development stipend for certified and support personnel;

• Employing a special education paraprofessional.
